Family owned
Formerly known as Umami Seoul, we have continued our family tradition but have brought you a new concept and menu. With over 20 years in the valley, we continue to pride ourselves in the quality of our ingredients, visual presentation, and uniqueness of flavors in each element of our dishes. We hope for your continued support, appreciate you all, and will see you soon!
The meaning of our name
Since we are primarily focusing on our chicken and beer house concept, we decided to give our establishment a quirky, sassy, play on words name that still gets our message across. BEE from beer and CH from chicken gives you the beech part and for further chuckles, we added a please to the end of it. Hence, BeeCh, please! WE WANT SOME BEER AND CHICKEN, PLEASE! Say it out loud! Just enough to do a double take, not enough to offend. In our opinion, it's just right!
Our focus
We have decided to set yet another trend in the valley and are focusing mainly on Korean cuisine. KFC (Korean friend chicken) is our specialty along with ramen, savory Korean dishes, refreshing draft beer, soju cocktails, and much more! What's not to love!
